SMALL CLAIMS FORMS
The Small Claims Division of the Franklin County Municipal Court handles the filing of cases that conform with the standards enacted by the Ohio General Assembly in Chapter 1925 of the Ohio Revised Code and Local Court Rule 7.01. The current limit of Small Claims cases is $3,000.00, exclusive of interests and court costs.
