The mission of the employees of the Franklin County Municipal Court is to implement the policies and procedures established by the Judiciary and the State Legislature in a professional and dedicated manner and to ensure accessibility, fairness and courtesy in the administration of justice.
The Mission of the Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court’s Office is to accurately maintain, safeguard and store all Court documents as well as collect and disburse all monies as directed by legal mandates.
The Court shall, in a fair, accessible, effective and efficient manner, resolve disputes; and in so doing shall interpret and apply the law consistently and impartially to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitutions of the State of Ohio and the United States of America.
