Continuances

Continuances to be requested five days prior to the scheduled court date.  If the continuances are left in the office, please remember to pick them up and file in the clerk's office.

Settlement

Settlement Week conferences are set once a year. Any schedule conflict should be brought to the court's attention as soon as possible. Settlement Week conferences can't be continued. Parties should be prepared with all necessary documents. Settlement is also discussed during pretrial conferences.

Defendant's attendance required in criminal and traffic pretrials.

Trial

Decorum

All parties are to conduct themselves in a professional manner and be dressed appropriately. No shorts are to be worn.  Witnesses will not be allowed to testify if wearing shorts.
