Scam Alert! The Clerk's Office has been informed of a scam involving text messages claiming they have an unpaid parking ticket and must either pay a fine or appear in court.
These texts are not coming from the Franklin County Municipal Court or the Clerk.
The forms are in a PDF file type so that they are available for download,
viewing and printing with minimal complications. The free Adobe Reader can
be obtained from their website at
