Overview

The Franklin County Municipal Court handles the filing of cases that conform with the standards enacted by the Ohio General Assembly in Chapter 1925 of the Ohio Revised Code and Local Rule 7.01. The current limit for a Small Claims case is $6000.00, exclusive of interests and court costs.
