The Clerk's Civil Division is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Court building and deputy clerks are available Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours to assist you. At this time, all Civil cases must be filed with the Clerk's Office to initiate the case and cannot be initiated online.
