Clerk Employment Application

Instructions

  • The Employment Application must be completed in one session, do not close your browser or navigate away from this page or your information will be lost.
  • Before beginning the Employment Application, review all of the questions to make sure you have all necessary information ready.
  • The Employment Application may take 20-60 minutes to complete. Make sure you reserve enough time to finish.
  • While completing the Employment Application, all required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*). If a field is required, but does not apply to you; type N/A into the field to indicate it is not applicable.
  • Once you have answered all of the questions on the Employment Application, you will have a chance to review your answers. If you missed a required piece of information, you will be alerted at this time.
  • After you have reviewed the Employment Application, you will be prompted to download a copy of your completed Employment Application as a PDF.
  • Once you have downloaded the completed Employment Application, email the completed Employment Application PDF, as well as your resume, cover letter, and other required materials to the Clerk's Human Resources department: ClerkHR@fcmcclerk.com
  • After submitting your application, you should print a copy to retain for your own records.
