Court Cost Changes Effective December 15, 2025

Several changes to the Franklin County Municipal Court Cost Schedule will go into effect on December 15, 2025. These changes will impact all new case filings including Civil and Criminal/Traffic cases. There will be a $15.00 increase on Criminal/Traffic and Small Claims Cases. All other case types will be increased by $5.00. Please see additional details in the press release attached.
