The monthly reports below are comprised of cases that will be dismissed without prejudice at plaintiff's cost pursuant to Local Rule 12.02. These cases have been pending for more than a year from the date of filing of the complaint. Previously, the drop list was posted in The Daily Reporter; however, due to its closure, the report will now be posted monthly on the Clerk of Court's website per 12.02.
